  • Free Consultation: 15 minutes 1:1 with us to briefly discuss goals of treatment and if Heart of Hazel Counseling Services is the right fit for you.

  • Individual Therapy Sessions: 53-60 minutes 1:1

  • Extended Individual Therapy Sessions: 75-95 minutes

    • Available for self-pay clients only at time of this writing.

We accept insurance.

Heart of Hazel Counseling Services is currently in-network with most major commercial insurances to include:

  • United Healthcare || Optum

  • Cigna

  • BCBS/Anthem

  • Harvard Pilgrim

  • Aetna

  • If we are not an in-network provider with your insurance, we will provide a super bill for reimbursement upon request. We are not currently accepting Medicare/Medicaid.

  • 15-minute Consultation: Free

  • 60-minute Intake Session: $175

  • 53-60-minute Individual Session: $140

  • 45-minute Individual Session: $105

  • 30-minute Individual Session: $70

  • 75-90-minute Extended Session: $175-$210

In an effort to support accessible care, we provide two reduced rate session times. At this time, both are filled. Please inquire about application process and waitlist for reduced rate. 

We accept all major credit cards, FSA/HSA, cash and check as forms of payment for session fees and/or co-pays.
