We are currently serving clients via Telehealth only. So, we will “see” you wherever you choose and feel safe to do so in the states of NH, MA, or AL.

Heart of Hazel Counseling Services utilizes an online therapy platform through Simple Practice. You will sign up for the portal and we will meet there at your scheduled time through a link provided in your email. If there are technology issues, no worries! We utilize Google Meet as a backup. All technology is HIPAA compliant and secure.

At this time, we are only meeting with clients via Telehealth. If in-person is your jam, stay tuned! We are open to change in the future!

Your first appointment is about getting to know each other. Typically, we will review your paperwork, your therapist will share a bit about themselves, answer any questions you may have, and then we will dive into what you’re hoping to work on in therapy.

That is a great question! Duration of therapy is really personal. It really depends on your treatment goals and how long it takes to feel ready for discharge. This is an ongoing process that we work collaboratively toward.

Upon request, we will provide a good faith estimate of charges you can anticipate receiving out-of-pocket. Please do not hesitate to request this at any time during treatment.
